The key metric is signal being displayed as 100% on the TiVo - if all of the signals are showing below 100%, the SNR at higher than 35 should be acceptable. I’ve been through every combination of attenuation from 0 - 16 dB in the past two weeks - it doesn’t change the frequency of V58 errors for me.

Jul 12, 2022 · Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.

Look at cable card menu I see the card and tuning adapter are not paired either. So another call to Cox, they pair the card and tuning adapter and say give it half an hour as they sent update to tuning adapter that will bring other tuners online. Well now its 1.5hrs later. Ive rebooted Tivo and tuning adapter and still only 2 tuners.
